Neither the franchise nor the IPL authorities have released an official statement regarding the matter, and there is no confirmed evidence about the nature of the device seen in the footage.
On the field, RR continued their impressive run with a commanding six-wicket victory over RCB in Guwahati. Batting first, RCB posted a competitive total of 201/8, led by captain Rajat Patidar, who scored a brilliant 63 off 40 balls.
In response, RR got off to a brisk start despite losing Jaiswal early.
